With a choice of three restaurants, guests can enjoy a variety of foods. For those looking for a fine dining experience, our 2 AA Rosette Browns restaurant offers a selection of meats and locally produced dishes, with perfectly paired wines and of course – Afternoon Tea!  The Club Lounge offers panoramic views over the Mere Lake serving up a more relaxed menu and delicious cocktails. If you’re looking for a healthy bite to eat, or relaxing lunch, you can also dine in our Spa Lounge & Bar.

With its expansive space, The Mere makes the perfect choice for celebrations, weddings and events. It’s the perfect setting for a grand wedding, or an intimate celebration in the heart of the Cheshire countryside.  The resort offers stunning lakeside views and the choice of four luxury event suites for up to 550 guests. If you’re planning a small business meeting or large-scale event at The Mere, there’s plenty of space to meet and great in one of its six event spaces that can cater for up to 700 delegates.
