The Hollies life began in 1959 as a vegetable stand on the side of the road with an honesty box. Over 50 years later, The Hollies Farm Shop has grown to become one of the best Farm Shops in the North West, having won awards within the Farm Shop, Coffee Shop & Butchery.

Market fresh fruit & vegetables, home cooked meats, homemade pies, The Hollies butchery meats, The Hollies deli products, freshly baked breads, oils, olives, fine wines & champagnes, a wide range of gins, unique gifts & cards, candles & diffusers and so much more.

With more than 40 local suppliers, The Hollies stock some of the best products that Cheshire has to offer, complimented by the best food from other regions and abroad. The family’s heritage lies within farming and has always believed that the best local food should be tasty, high quality and fully traceable. They fill the farm shop with the best quality artisan produce; from delicious chutneys & relishes to scrumptious cakes & pastries.

Due to the success of the Butchery at the Little Budworth site, a Butchery counter was opened at the Lower Stretton site, enabling a wider selection of fresh, quality meats for you to choose from. Homemade, award winning sausage varieties and burgers sit alongside cuts of Welsh beef and Salt Marsh lamb. Kevin and Dan are able to offer advice on the products and cooking times, adding value to your shopping experience.

The Deli at Little Budworth makes products for Lower Stretton which are delivered fresh to the store daily. These include homemade pies, sausage rolls and quiches, fresh pasta, home cooked meats, homemade coleslaw, potato salad and pizzas.
