This lovely Georgian Grade II Listed mid terrace property comprises of 3 floors. All the bedrooms can be found on the top floor of the house along with a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom overlooks the River Dee. The house faces the Chester Meadows, which is host to a number of attractions throughout the year, such as the Chester Regatta and Raft Races.

The property has BBQ furniture and a BBQ “starter pack” is provided for all bookings  along with a bottle of “Rondeva” complimentary Prosecco for all bookings two nights or more. There is lockable cycle storage place to the rear of the property. The house is less than one minute from the Grosvenor Park, which hosts events throughout the summer months along with a childrens play area and minature railway. There are numerous wine bars and restaurants within five minutes’ walk of the house along the riverside and within the City Centre. The Shropshire Union Canal. Chester City Centre is a 5 minute walk from the house.

The house is in a lovely residential part of Chester, there are numerous boat trips that pass the property and you can board the boats from the house in about a five minute or so walk from the house. There are numerous local shops, off licences and a Waitrose within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the house. The house is only several minutes from Chester City Centre. The house is less that 30 seconds walk to the Grosvenor Park which hosts many activities and has an “open theatre” in the summer. The park is ideal for relaxing, picnics and also has a children’s play area. This property and its location make in an ideal stay whether you are a couple, family or travelling on business. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, utility area, dining room and lounge that once again overlooks the River Dee. Also on the  ground floor is a “summer room”, which fronts the garden and the River Dee. The house has its own moorings with a seated area and new “Upper & Lower Patios”. There is a maximum occupancy of 5 persons for this property. There is one free parking space to the rear of the property. 

All bedrooms and “Summer Room” have flat screen TVs. There is an XBox also within this room. USB charging points throughout the Holiday Home to charge your tablets and mobile telephones. The kitchen is also equipped with all you need for your self catering holiday!
