59, an evening dining concept showcasing the best of The Hollies Farm Shop, Butchery and local produce. The menu combines the butcher’s high quality, fully traceable, local aged beefsteaks that are matured and cut in house, with fresh produce from the farm shop on site and the skills of the chef. An extension to The Hollies Farm Shop Coffee Shop, 59 opens until 11pm and serves food between 5pm and 9pm every evening with an evening menu brimming with the finest food the farm shop has to offer.

The drinks menu has been designed to balance the dishes on the menu, with a few extras too! 59 gins adorn the bar; use the GINDEX to identify your preference, choose your tonic and add the recommended garnish for a fabulous G&T experience. If cocktails are more your thing why not try The Delamere Forest or the 59?
